Meet the Owner: Yoon has been working in sushi for over 10 years, with experience doing it all - serving, cooking, and preparing sushi. She has managed sushi restaurants in the past but it has always been her dream to own and manage a sushi restaurant of her own.
History: As of December 2021, Hana Japanese Bistro is under new management and has re-opened for dine-in lunch and dinner with a new and improved menu featuring a wide selection of premium fish and specialty rolls.
